Fairfield National Bank offers traditional, Roth, and Education IRA’s. When an IRA is opened it is deposited into a Certificate of Deposit. We offer three investment periods. Click here for current IRA rates. The 18-month certificate is a variable rate CD. The interest rate is subject to change at the first of each month. Interest is compounded monthly and a minimum deposit of $100.00 is required to open the account. Additional deposits can be made to this account. The 30-month certificate is a fixed rate CD. Interest is compounded semi-annually. A minimum deposit of $500.00 is required to open this account. No additional deposits can be made to this account. The 5-year certificate is a fixed rate CD. Interest is compounded semi-annually. A minimum deposit of $500.00 is required to open this account. No additional deposits can be made to this account.
